They won't get better conditions by having a 40% wage rise or whatever as it is unaffordable, and that's the problem the majority of people on less money will have to pay more taxes, in the end Doctors are paid quite well, GP's are paid for a lousy service these days, it should have a root and branch change to bring it up to the 21st century, it's still stuck in the 19th century, and an independent body should investigate complaints against medical staff!?!

I have had dealings with the NHS are some not very good, not life threatening but life altering, it wants to be bought into the 21st century not the 19th century, and GP's need to be day clinics where you pop in and get sorted, it would be helpful if the health system wasn't linked to the benefit system to stop the malingerers using precious resources to aid their claims!?!
