  1. The Russians have been barbaric invaders which has concentrated Ukrainian efforts. It's not that "Ukraine simply doesn't want to give it up" it's just that their Russian neighbours atrocities make it a priority to evict or eradicate them before they carry out more mass killings of its population. Kill or be killed!
