It's military hardware is not, you misunderstand war, the US will hit all Iranian assets by air without touching the ground first by a long bombing mission's and several thousand targets, after that it is unlikely to launch a full scale ground attack unless it has a compelling reason to do so, if it had to try and enforce regime change that would be in isolated missions!?!

  6. ​ @wogelson  It's day 500 and odd of a three day war and the Russian military have not advanced in over a 12 month (Wagner is not Russian military), that should give you a big clue that things are not going well for Russia in Ukraine, they are crap, they are winning in targeting civilians and apartments though, which are war crimes!?!

  11. The Russian armed forces have performed poorly since the initial invasion, their professional army has been decimated, their second and third wave army will also be decimated and their economy too, it chose war when there was no threat, and that could collapse Russia itself!?!

  20. ​ @jvgace6883  They didn't lose in Afghanistan they destroyed the ISIS core, it was never the US intention to occupy the country, unfortunately the Government of the day could not or would not defend itself against the Taliban when the US decided to withdraw, the US did make a bit of a pigs ear of the withdrawal though!?!

  26. ​@Louis_George_Music Non aggressive, I think you underestimate the UK, we are enjoying a lull in hostilities but it won't take us long to get back into the swing of things should the need arise, we are a warrior race, we have a long track record, ditto Germany, we most probably would be allies and fighting somebody else though these days!?!

  35. ​​ @Ulver27  Afghanistan wasn't for occupation it was for ISIS depletion, once done the US withdrew, the local government didn't or wouldn't fight the Taliban, Iran which operates as a country and terrorist state would be readily defeated militarily in a short time frame and the terrorists would just be depleted by air as and when required, it is hoped that the regime would be changed to a less radical governance which could avoid a lot of bloodshed if carried out early enough!?!
