Europe has to get its own energy house in order, by the best location for that particular energy resource, with a mix of wind, nuclear and solar and lastly some carbon fuels, otherwise it would have learned nothing from the Russian Energy blackmail. It should look at all its industries and start reshoring and splitting up import reliance from one supplier. Africa should use its renewables for itself.
