@Dennis deR It is not up to Russia to decide Ukraine's defence, they have already invaded it twice and illegally annexed territory, all its other Western neighbours apart from Belarus are, or are going to be, in NATO, I wonder why!?!

At present there is no advantage to widening the front for Ukraine into Russia, Ukraine must concentrate on booting the Russians out, they need more air defence which is being supplied and will enable them to reduce the threat to Civilians over the Winter period, in Spring it won't make so much difference, however the air strikes are not hindering the Ukraine Army from their task so have very little effect on the outcome of the war, which hopefully will be a Ukraine victory, if at this time Russia still lobs missiles over, then Ukraine should be supplied with arms to attack their bases as required, after been given a warning that this will be the consequences, softly, softly catches 🐒!?!

@fredm4197 We know what the problem is, because if they go away everything gets sorted, they are not, so Ukraine unfortunately has to eject them with lethal force, and hopefully that will be as soon as possible!?!

Russia always tries to bring his puppets Macron and Schulz into the equation, we should put them to the back of the queue, and bring the Baltic's to the front, with Ukraine!?!

I think the West realises Russia has to leave Ukraine as there will be no peace, Ukraine is also in a stronger position Militarily now that it has a functioning army, it just needs to rebuild it Economy after the war to sustain it, which is another great task but most of the money should come from Russia in that regard for civilian redevelopment, the West should continue to train and arm the Ukrainians after the war, but to a lesser extent than it is doing at present. It should concentrate on air defence and border defence against Russia and Belarus!?!

@frankabagnale6436 Only Crimea was totally illegally annexed by Russia, Ukraine has always retained territory in the other illegally annexed regions and counting more with each passing month. Hopefully Ukraine will carry on driving the Russians out and a lasting peace can be found, where Russia has to pay the bill and account for its war crimes, if not, the sanctions must remain in place until they do!?!

@evolassunglasses4673 That means they have 4,900,000 left, and Russian losses are coming up to 300,000. Ukraine is defending its own country, Russia is leaving itself vulnerable to disintergration, it is taken on more than it can afford!?!

@stevensanto5934 On the contrary, it will cost Russia everything, and might spiral into a World War, you don't quite get how that works, now if only Russia had nuclear weapons they might stand a chance, but they don't, and when one goes off, unfortunately they will all go off, that is the only way it works, the majority of people in the world will be affected, be careful what you wish for!?!

Ukraine are not talking, they are doing the fighting and Russia is advancing backwards, all illegally annexed territory belongs to the sovereign state of Ukraine and must be returned back to them. Russia, if Ukraine allows, will have to rent a part of Crimea for their fleet (Sevastopol) and pay a higher rent for it as part of its payments towards rebuilding Ukraine it illegally destroyed, and not before Ukraine has all its defensive structures in place (I.E. facing Russia, funny enough, because their neighbours on the other side are civilised - I won't mention Belarus Which will most probably become disillusioned with Russia at some point in the future, it's just the way they are)!?!
