If it's an open and shut case, but with history, memories vary, it can be viewed in the U.K. and is used in ceremonies, I don't see why we have to give it back to whom and for what purpose, its best use at the moment, is where it is, if we one day dispense with the monarchy, that is the time when it should be reconsidered, and most probably the Tower of London might still be the best place!?!
