The UK CO2 pollution is less than 1% of the World's, China is 29%, USA is 20%, both have more money and do far less on global warming their target is 2060/2070, there is no benefit for UK to get into debt for it, just adopt it when it is cheaper and reliable, like ice to horse and carts, and apparently there is a Planet B!?!
