  1. ​​ @barryc1968 igel doesn't have to explain anything, the bank has to explain its actions because it's the one withdrawing services, if this is done illegally they should be held to account, the CEO who run the banks should go and heavy fines should follow, and they should be sued - and I'm not a Nigel fan but banker's at are a different level they took the Oligarchs money for decades!?!
