  1. NATO would be unlikely to offer membership to Ukraine as Russia had previously invaded it. NATO did not seek to enrol Russia's neighbours, Russia's aspirations against its neighbours ensured NATO enlargement, not the other way around. NATO had been slowly reducing capacity for decades until Russia's 2014 invasion raised alarm bells!?!

  4. We are not worrying about Russia, they may go nuclear but we had this in the cold war, we have the means to exact on them what they exact on us, on our own. On the contrary Russia should be worrying about their illegal invasion in Ukraine, that is a more pressing problem for them rather than the West!?!
