@AGenerationJones Peter would absolutely love the Jones act to be updated more liberally, but then there will be one less bee in his bonnet, the Millennials and Gen Z will get it in the neck!?!

Well they are going 180 degrees in the political direction, but the economy is already on the rocks so even a modicum of competence will improve its situation, the dollarisation of the currency will help to stabilise it in the long term but short and middle terms could be interesting, and he will clear any trees in his path, not so sure about the corrupt politicians though!?!

Blimey Charlie, it will be able to accommodate subs as well, 26% of the Netherlands is below sea level starting from land reclamation in the 1400's (Not 2:00PM but the century!) It just requires competent solutions to the areas involved, not Thunberg economics where "everybody" pays through the nose for something that most probably will not affect the majority. On Wikipedia 5,000 homes in Savanna are at risk of more flooding by 2050, so by that time all the Tennant's just need to be relocated or have flood proof defences, that is the solution, if the port gets affected they will just put it on stilts (Like Venice or Florida or Galveston)!?!

There will always be global trade but it might be split into like minded countries, like the Wider West and so forth if the Dictators do not stop their beligerance!?!

Obviously smaller!?!

A major cessation of operations because of strikes or whatever usually or the transporters feel the cost is too high and lobby politicians in their "usual" manner. It won't be because the electorate "may" want it!?!

He has addressed it in previous videos but one assumes as more trade is passed the situation will stabilise, but it's not certain, the US should not put all its eggs in one basket, but the US should actively encourage trade in South America with like minded countries but they appear to be few and far between, corruption seems endemic and a change of leadership can drastically alter a countries trajectory!?!

In the UK!?!
