  1. Germany is gambling with its future by not using new nuclear for base load, this is an insurance policy (Until something better is available in the long term future). It is also gambling on an erratic China, of which there is no good news coming out of there at present, which is in a worse position than Europe. All of Europe, excluding Russia, should come to an understanding which excludes the E.U. which has been dominated by France and Germany to its detriment and is holding the continent back. There should be an economic but not political union, that's dead in the water!?!
