California has abundant sun and sea so its location appears fine, but the reports across the pond "generally" is that the political leaders are running the state poorly with regard to homeless camps, insecurity of neighbourhoods and taking too much tax off productive workers, that seems to be the "theme" portrayed!?!

China has the most profligate housing crisis by far, makes the West seem frugal, London property prices are kept artificially high by investors to an extent, but housing in 2023 and 2024 in the UK is set for a downward adjustment due to high interest rates and a mild recession, but because of a lack of space for building new homes the UK market will remain at a higher premium than its major European neighbours!?!
