  1. Like Northern Europe some parts of the US are only partially useful, i.e. solar is only good in the spring, summer and autumn (Fall you say, no I just stumbled!). New Nuclear for base load, modular nuclear for industry (When available) large solar farms in sunny areas and wind farms in windy areas and gas/ oil as reserve peak energy back up is the way to go!?!

  2. ​ @carlthor91  Peter is a green, but some solutions don't exist for the renewable energy market as yet, so carbon will play a role in the US mostly because they have a surplus of it for a while and that dampens innovation, in Europe which has not got a independent carbon supply renewables are being implemented at pace!?!
