As a European we are doing reasonably well, our politicians however are far removed from our scrutiny and we are getting clobbered by secret and most probably illegal deals (Like ESG) to enable big corporations and minorities to "control" us without any checks or balances for the majority to pursue if we fall foul of their "ideals", majority rules bought back, more referendums on big issues!?!

Blah, blah, blah, the Earth is going to die in 7.5 billion years, what you allude to is man scale and not planetary scale, it's not going to happen anytime soon and they have found a Planet B if ecos want to go there, it's a load of wadscollop and no we don't want to pay through the nose to energy companies we will use what is economically available, in the UK CO2 pollution is less than 1%, China is 29%, US is 20%!?!

  6. ​ @chrispekel5709  As "normal" Russians are carrying out numerous war crimes in Ukraine and their frequent state media outbursts advocate the use of genocide and use of nuclear weapons for domestic consumption it's hard to see how they are "not" comparable to Stalin, some remain silent but that is complicity!?!
