It does give a true indication of how CCP China feels towards the West, which should reinforce people's views that only decoupling will suffice as they are quite pathological!?!

China wants to continue trade and start a war all at the same time, they can have the former and the latter if they so choose, but not "both", the simple solution is to confirm that it won't invade Tawain as long as the current status quo remains, the quicker they do this the better because of all sorts of reasons!?!

The CCP view is that all land is theirs as they can take it by force, don't you know and we must all bow to their superiority, a little like Germany in the 1930's, Russia from 2012, and China from Xi's second term!?!

It wasn't "all Europeans", however it was a failure by EU countries in particular with the Russian Energy crisis and initial weakness to sanction Russia and further weakness in defence spending, particularly by Germany (On both fronts) the defacto leader of the EU. However Russia has shown that its military is not up to scratch and corruption has turned it into a rabble. Germany and France are showing reticence about speaking up against China and the threat they pose especially to Tawain which has resulted in mixed messaging, after Russia's barbaric invasion it should be clear that messages are to the point. The Chinese diplomats comments ( Funny how all Chinese Diplomats are not very diplomatic) shows how China (....and Russia due to the invasion of a European country) thinks Mainland Europe is weak both militarily and economically, perhaps they are missing the pragmatic Brits (Who they have never really taken seriously, but...) who have been dragging them onside by setting the agenda for Ukraine in Europe. It should also be noted by Mainland Europe that the US is doing a sterling job for Ukraine, and if the US and UK, the Baltics and Nordics not provided support at the earlier stages Russia may have well overtaken Ukraine during that time!?!

The CCP are in their own mindset at present, there is one leader who has appointed all his cronies into power, "yes men" have a habit of choosing the wrong decision (This was apparent in Putin's invasion of Ukraine) appeasing them is definitely not the right option however, it seems to encourage them as they "think" they can get away with it!?!
