Russia and China's new world order is a hard sell, yes they can buy failed states, but they have failed for a reason, the Wider West should start pulling their money out of these countries, especially China, the quicker the better, the World would be a better place without them is a point they miss, they only want the rules to impose on others, they don't want it to apply to themselves!?!
