  1.  @skydragon23101979  Obviously there is a property market in China there are 1.4 billion people there (Based on C.C.P. figures!). However the property market is overpriced, and is based on a number of systemic problems with regard to land sales, purchases, developer loans and quality of build. The biggest problem is that the market is no longer 30% of G.D.P., most probably it is now only 15% and is not the investment vehicle that ordinary Chinese citizens used to rely on!?!
