  2. It's all compensated by government spending, their current debt including on and off books is 57 Trillion USD total. The CCP sets the GDP at the beginning of the year and set targets including vast amounts of infrastructure development paid for out of non productive debt for which they make no money, if the infrastructure development was taken out, China would have negative growth, it is also why they cannot bail out the property market as they are "tapped out"!?!
