  1. Xi and Putin hate the US, they thwart their plans of Empire. Xi assumes his problems are short term but they appear long term as none are being addressed, they are just chucking more good money after bad. At the end of the day dealing with China and Russia in their present form is not going to work out, both have dictator syndrome and they should have stepped down before they both effectively changed the rules to rule for life!?!
