  1. The housing crisis is not only too much housing but record real estate leveraging on those houses, I.E. also prices compared to levels of income. The housing sector is the biggest asset class in China (...and the World) and a hefty markdown will affect the Chinese financial system accordingly!?!

  2. Making statements and doing something about it are worlds apart. China saying the nuclear reactor works well will not impress anybody outside of China without some sort of "on site inspection", if they plan to use them good luck to them!?!

  6. China should set up a proper welfare system but they seem incapable of sorting anything out at present except in high end chips, new nuclear, AI etc., looks like they are doing great in that (If you can believe them, that is)!?!
