Yes things "are back to normal" but what is the backbone to that normal, it is partly explained in the video but a further example might be necessary for you to understand the "problem" with that normality, China has a debt problem of 57 Trillion USD total debt, which is more than the Wider West combined Including the US and Japan, it's stimulus for this year will total 3 Trillion USD (Or more) to achieve the CCP GDP goal of 5% (Non productive debt to meet an arbitrary target), most of the debt is achieved from China's citizens savings which the CCP see no problem in using as they control the bank's, however I wouldn't be surprised that the Chinese citizens might be a little wary of how this may pan out as it will at this rate reach its total assets in 7 years time, as the citizens are unable to do much about it I suppose they might as well carry on with their lives until the new normal takes over, the one where the CCP has to live within its citizens means!?!
