Of course they are not, Germany is exporting dangerous amounts of goods to China and can't afford the drop in their economy and France was recently petulant to the West and courting China for their own stupid reasons of which nobody will fathom. The EU should decouple that is the way China is setting itself up as a one way street, the EU does not protect its citizens from product dumping and job loss by a debt fuelled non productive woeful state!?!
