  1.  @felipe21994  It seems rather befuddled, in the U.K. people buy finished properties on the whole (They may or may not have furniture) and rent them out to offset costs and maintenance and at the end sell the property on, in big Cities investors might decide to buy finished property and sell after a few years without renting as property prices have increased more dramatically (But not as much as China). However it appears that the investment in China is largely on shell buildings which they pay for sight unseen (They are generally built in the U.K. before the mortgage is started) with no offset for rent and they are hoping it will be occupied in the future for a vast price, it does have all the hallmarks of a Ponzi scheme, it has worked in the past but it appears most of the buyers have disappeared from this equation, it must therefore reduce to the demand!?!
