  1. ​ @Leshic2  China's biggest export surplus is with the US, secondly with Europe, due to their belligerence this should be greatly reduced by reshoring and diversifying, this is already happening, I assume that the US is saying it doesn't want to decouple in the low to middle value. China has kept its domestic market to itself and pours out bile to the US when it restricts China, they are really unbelievable, and now they complain that they don't want to make the low or middle value stuff!?!
