  1. Well if I was investing large amounts of money in China with the C.C.P. policy of looking after itself I would not invest in China unless there was a commensurate reward, as if something goes wrong with your money it will be gone and there will be no redress!?!

  2. Yes to a greater extent, but like China (but to a lesser extent) it's fueled by copious amounts of debt, that is not good considering the money reserve perks of the dollar, debt needs to be controlled!?!
