Chinas current stance with the West and it's neighbours will stymie any growing financial centre, and it's increasing debt burden!?!

The C.C.P. has already written the great success that 2023 will bring under their rule, they omit the ongoing problems and the burgeoning debt crisis, it gets in the way of their good story, the reality is that from around 2008 China has been on the decline financed by debt, their new policy is the same as the old, non productive infrastructure debt to artificially raise G.D.P., they will not, or can not, restructure the economy to eliminate the debt cycle, which is currently above that of Japan at 300% of G.D.P.!?!

Investors have also factored that into the equation as well, i.e. Lower investment for higher return!?!

@MasticinaAkicta The Chinese people will bankroll the C.C.P. whether they want to or not, the C.C.P. are in charge of all the institutions and are the only administration, this is a great strength and also its biggest weakness, as it has to make the "right decisions", it will be a matter of history if they succeed, but they do seem to be making it difficult for themselves, and alienating most of their neighbours!?!

The C.C.P. made the property market more than "pop", it was more like a bloody big grenade, they have introduced numerous "stimulus" packages to stem the hemorrhaging but the patient is still critical and on life support, it will live, but will never be the same again!?!

The middle class might spend some of the savings they have hived away over the COVID lockdowns, but they will most probably hold onto the cash until they see an end in sight, this may not be until 2024, as COVID will return in Winter 2023 unless the C.C.P. has a valid vaccine programme in place, it is not going away, it won't be as bad as it is now (Hopefully) but it will still affect a sizeable portion of the remaining vulnerable people, it has already happened that way in the West before the vaccination rollout could be implemented!?!
