  1. Yes, every country has the wrong perception about China (Except "maybe" Russia), read; everybody sees through China and is not falling for it. Yes the individual people of the US should take more responsibility for their drug habit and the state should help them in that endeavour (To stop taking drugs that is), but the pushers (Based in China) should not remain unpunished. The De-Risking/ De-Coupling/ Self-sufficiency malarkey means we do not need to rely on China, or any other one supplier, and we produce more stuff we need where possible at home, especially if it's critical to our needs, China's autocratic and belligerent state at present means that it must be De-Coupling as it thinks it has some sort of hold over "Us" (Being the Wider West)!?!
