  1. This is subject to the court ruling that there was no illegal invasion of a sovereign country. That there was no breach of multi party agreements signed by the law makers of the offending country. In the beginning the offending party was a part of the international law process, so it cannot say it did not know. The offending party even held Vito power within one of the multi country organizations, which it used. Within the international laws and agreements the offending party was involved in creating, they have knowingly broken laws that have consequences. A few more things to think about, in relation to returning of the Trillions of dollars seized by international law upholders.

  2. We all should know that most of us who pay our bills that we eagerly await our next income check. If a country does this, drain oil reserves, take out mountains, it has real effects on the quality of the place we live. The capability to grow without poisoning that which sustains us. I think that was the point of the creation of entities that keep tabs on these practices. Yeh it does slow down the process of extraction, but as we know from being bill payers, it is nice to have major purchases drawn, not all at once but paid small over longer.hmmm.
