  1. All we need is a layer of administration with qualified and experienced 'managers' in each sector to run the country fairly, for the benefit of all its occupants. The adversarial party political system is an anachronism, not fit for purpose and rules out this approach by design. Everything else is just bread and circuses

  2.  @PhilipMatthewsPAEACP  The people of this country have been misdirected by carefully controlled misinformation. 'There is no alternative to austerity' being a prime example. Do you think that after 2008 the public attitude to the crisis would have remained the same if they had understood that High Street banks create money from nothing and then add interest when they make loans to people?
