@TomTheGamer913 10-20 years ago it was probably a gurantee, but nowadays you should be alright, i have a mate who was in the royal marines he joined up in 2014 left in 2018 and didn't see any action. Good luck with your military career anyway

@TomTheGamer913 Tbh with ya mate even i ask myself if im really cut out for this civilian world, i dont wanna be sitting here in 40 years time saying what if i had done something more fulfilling with a sense of achievement and not live with regret...the friends you make, the travelling, camaredarie everything about joining up is so appealing...and when you don't have any real commitments like wife and kids etc it seems like a good path to take to experience all of that, memories are better than just money

@TomTheGamer913 At least you follow your heart, there are some people who end up stuck in a job for years that they dont realise is not working out for them im 27 and even im bored shtless with working in a warehouse
