  3. let me also add, for those who can afford to get it now then do it now. no more delaying may be next year or few years from now it might increase it's cost, example malta already increase their citizenship program and montenegro will end it's citizenship program by december of 2021. thanks we got andrew and his team! :)

  14. hi andrew! we filipinos from the philippines are given a special privelege by the spanish government to become a spanish citizen by just living in spain for 2 straight year. because we had been a colony of spain from year 1500 to 1898. but according to some immigration expert this can also be possible reduce to 1 year by combining an investment of €500,000.

  18. how about those who avail spain golden visa program for thosr who own a house & lot or condominium in spain will they take it also even if that is just a vacation house? we from the philippines are granted by spain to avail of that golden visa to visit spain atleast 2 to 3 months every year so a total of 8 visits in 2 years then after that we can apply for citizenship.

  22. in the philippines its very difficult to remove informal settlers(squaters)from a property. you have to go to a very long process in the court and the most biggest problem is that you have to pay each of them just to go away from your property.

  50. in the philippines they don't tax your foreign income, but when you passed away all your assets and wealth worldwide is all subject to inheritance tax and estate tax.
