  1. thanks for this info andrew! I will no longer pursue to set-up a business in usa just to get an e2 visa. what is the youngest age in usa that is already mandatory to pay taxes? if I have a vacation house in california, am I obliged to pay taxes too?

  2. as young as 2years old subject to tax already just for a $1000(example) amount gave by parents or grandparents? that's insane law hahaha :)
