I remember during our history class in my senior years in school, our teacher told us that whe the philippines was a colony of spain they gave every filipino a spanish lastname. is that enough? where can I check if a have a great grandparents who is native spanish more than a century or more? can you help me where to look for a possible lineage of our ancestor/s?
