  32.  @marukoamv2424  Not exactly decrease but maybe give automatic qualification to around 24 associations' Champions (Perhaps countries that Qualified for the previous Euros) and make the remaining 8 slots available through qualification. That will actually make it evenly balanced. Or maybe give automatic qualification to fewer associations. CONMEBOL CL has many teams from Brazil and Argentina because they only have 10 countries and half their continent lives in Brazil.
