  38. Domesticating elephants prevents poaching🤨 and reduces wild elephant attacks on nearby villages. This isn't about foreign snowflakes who live far far away to come and judge them. "Setting them free" isn't the only solution. One week they're free and next month poaching will be an all-time high. Domesticating them keeps them safe. Hypocratically it was YOUR ancestors who used to hunt down elephants in Africa mostly. We never hurt these beautiful animals and poaching started only after population boom in the mid/late 20th century.
