@yghhgy2547 They don't want to know the whole facts about the culture. They have ego and superiority complex. There was a video about a village dog (Japanese Spitz)during Tihar and these people were complaining about the steel chain. It's a freaking village dog and not their living doll that sits in one room all day throughout the year. And if it's bad for the dog who would we use them or why would the dog be fine with it????
