The only ones preventing filipinos from coming back from other countries was the philippines. For fear of the virus or different strains of it being brought back home.

And USA didnt levy those sanctions against Russia, it was agreed on by a coalition of countries including the USA

  11. AMericas friends in the philippines decided not to do business with the enemy. Smart move I would say. Sanctions are sanctions. Dont like it, too bad. There are tons of other countries with no sanction against them that could be dealt with instead of the USA. Nice to see the strengthening of the partnership instead. Probably rubs china the wrong way, but oh well. ha ha ha.
