Penny is a hero. Peoples lives were threatened by a clearly mentally deranged man, with a HUGE rap sheet. He didnt keep him in a choke hold for 4 minutes. He may have held him in that position, but it only takes about a little over TEN SECONDS for a person in rear naked choke to go unconscious. So apparently he was not applying the pressure to the sides of his neck most of that time.

@reneem3895 I dont know a ton about her exact particulars of her situation. I know details matter. I may or may not have a problem with that situation. I havent really brushed up on the details of that or Jan 6 other than the very basics. I just looked up Babbits record and dont see alot other than a fight with a woman over am affair etc... Crime of passion. Dont really see a pattern of anyting that makes her a threat to society. Only reason i brought up neelys record is that it was extensive and it shows the likelihood of his demeanor being as was stated by Penny and witnesses, very likely, and a guy like that shouldnt have been running around free terrorizing people in the first place. He shouldve been helped. Instead Dems in these democrat run cities would rather neglect their own and waste money on illegal aliens to become sanctuary cities...
