  1. More like; Nuclear posturing. A whole lot of nothing. There are only two using for nukes today. 1. Hiding behind and bluffing. 2. Prevent other nations with nukes from using them on you. Thats it. Russia isnt going to use any nukes. Not even worthy of discussion. They will continue to collect cobwebs.

  2. Russia will never regain any influence. They are shunned and will continue to be by all responsible nations of the world. THey are sanctioned to death and their leader has even been branded a war criminal/fugitive by the international community. ICC has even issued an arrest warrant. Russia is a nation in decline. THey cannot avoid the inevitable crash forever. That is their destiny. That is Putins legacy.
