Thats why russia doesnt have bases "everywhere" and the middle east crazies dont have bases everywhere for the same reason, nobody wants suicidal murderous maniacs for neighbors and they dont have the modern means to travel very far to even make it to countries allover the world. lol. @shahinshahi7108

  5. Us hasnt tried to steal their oil and if they tried they would have done it. THeyve totally dominated every middle east country they had conflict with and wouldve had zero problem taking ALL of their oil. Hope that clears up your confusion kid.

  6. You have two options of having an "outpost" (lol) in another country. One, your friends with that country as US is with many nations where they have bases, or you just totally dominate that country because they are much weaker than you and they promote things like terrorism but they arent strong enough to do anything about you being there. There are a few countries where thats the case for the US. Middle eastern jihadi crazies have no way of doing EITHER when it comes to having bases, and a nation like russia can only do it to a few countries they can dominate like their ex soviet countries and a couple of others.... Many others are under protection of US and the west, and nobody likes, trusts or wants russia around them so they arent invited into many places.
