  2. It doesnt matter if they did. Its in the rules, nations cant join period that are at war. Everyone who was not interested in joining nato would want to if they suddenly got into a war and wanted NATO muscle to help them. Its a very sensible rule.

  3. Not really. Natos policy....and everyone involved knows it, prevents ANY nation from joining when at war or in conflict. Would be dumb because every jackass nation that got themselves into a war and wanted natos help would immediately join just for that reason.

The NORTH American continent is the USA and everything north. SOUTH America is the continent containing everything south. There is NO "one" continent that contains everything from chile to Greenland... called "america".

  7. Last I checked, there never was any agreement of America doing that, other than US volunteering to send weapons as they saw fit. Pretty much it. If they stopped doing it tomorrow, they still gave Ukraine Billions that they never had to.

Its to prevent countries running to Nato to join just because they want help winning a war. Hopoe that clears up your confusion kid.
