After whipping afghanis easily in a week and sent them hiding for 20 years, the US left a bunch of over 20 year old, hard desert used junk that was cheaper to leave than to load up haul all the way back. That was stated by US general and it makes perfect sense. THat stuff had all been replaced in the arsenal many years prior. lol...
