Wow, so kind of putin to be so concerned about ukraines well-being, as he seeks to destroy them. ha ha ha. Still whining about negotiations... Get out of ukraine then negotiate over how much time he will spend in the Hague prison and how much they will pay to rebuild ukraine... Thats all there is to talk about...
