And IF Russia did take Ukraine I don't think it would be neutral and that is a guarantee. Due to russian ineptitude and a flailing 3 day special operation, I would say within 2 or 3 years, Ukraine too, like Finland and soon sweden, will be Nato.

But to be fair, some top US brass agreed with that assessment at the time.

And putin and others acted on that information and formulated their plans around that premise. Info is from us intelligence and other sources. How do I know they weren't lying just to make Russia look stupid?? Because some US generals actually publicly agreed! As for publicly voicing it, Russia's state run media propagandists were only ones I know of that publicly stated that prediction. The names are available on Google if your capable of a search. Putin's boy/lap dog lukashenko from Belarus predicted it as well.

The main reason US has cut off funding to Ukraine is that the Republican party of the US house of representatives has refused to ok the funding until the Democrat party who now controls the Senate and presidency agree to also fund securing of the US border from illegal immigration, something they are refusing to do. No wild conspiracy theories or utter nonsense applies, it's really quite simple kid. Political games. Both issues should be addressed but currently neither are. Lol
