One nation, ukraine, isnt "ganging up" on anyone. Its the poorest nation in europe and simply given basic weaponry to try to defend themselves.

Germany agreed not to continue pursuing Russias gas after russia attacked ukraine. Didnt matter if the pipeline still existed or not. The pipeline being destroyed just made sure nobody changed their minds in europe and rubbed it into Russias face. Good deal all 'round.
