@lunafringe10 Thats ridiculous. The bill is being split several ways. However on the russian side it is mostly all one way. Russias economy is worse. Their money is garbage.. USA could last economically far longer than Russia, and thats not even including the other nato countries helping. The only issue would be the support and interest for continuing among congress, a possible new president in 2024, and the will of the people. US is in no danger. YOu read/heard about the debt ceiling fight. Thats perfectly normal and happens regularly. It is a part of the "two party" political system. They congress and president need to agree on a spending limit. The house of reps. who are the republican majority right now, will only agree to increase in spending limit if given concessions. Its like debating/fighting over getting whatever they can out of the deal. Its a whole bunch of nothing actually.
