  4. A coalition of 123 nations has power in the international community. One rogue terrorist nation has none. Considering how they are doing in Ukraine, Russia should be a little more worried about weaponizing their soldiers on the battle field with something other than junk, and a little less worried about nonsense of their childish antics over a miniature dictators humiliation.

A single nation whom nobody else supports, other than their own terrorist nation, files a warrant, they may as well use it for Toilet paper, as its nothing but a joke, NOBODY takes seriously. lol Including themselves, because they are not that stupid. lol. Be the same as having a judge issue an arrest warrant for a criminal and then the criminal calls the judge a criminal.. Also, some who are not members, like the USA you mentioned, stated (both president and senators) that while they were not member nation, they agreed with the ruling. And they agreed Putin is a terrorist.... But is officially labeled a fugitive, not just by his enemies, but by the international community.. You can kick and scream and make excuses all you like, but he is what he is.
