  3. Good. BEcause RUssia are the ones who have been asking for it and getting turned down all along. The response is and always has been: Ukraine is not giving up their lands. Only negotiations would include no lands to russia and russia getting out of ukraine. Nobody expected russia to accept. Russia expected Ukraine to "compromise" and give in. Good for ukraine to stand their ground and tell Russia to go pound salt.
