  9. THe usa permitted them to. It was symbolic because they were fighting the war the longest and got destroyed over 24 million dead. USA saved Russia from total destruction with supplies and food to Russian troops and entering the war to put an end to it once and for all. ....   13.  @ibnumar253  Only ones i know that lost in afghanistan was RUssia. They dont have 2 friends, let alone 31. Only weapons nato left were done with 20 long years of service and had long since been replaced in the arsenal. Was cheaper to leave than to haul all the way back. Junk basically. Although probably fantastic magical instruments for the camel riding folks of the desert. lol. There are still Russian tanks everywhere littering the desert. Many burned out. Some, possibly salvageable, but even the goat herder warriors arent interested in effort to fix up the soviet junk. ha ha. Use them as goat shelters.
