  3.  @dragons_hook  Criminals don't get to decide what warrants they are or arent bound to. He is a fugitive from an international organization and has many means of eluding justice at the moment. I can also think of many ways this can go very badly for him and most likely will at some point. Remember this warrant doesnt just go away. He could be taken into custody 5 years from now and its still "all good". That is, if he isnt first fed some of that special Kudyrov soup. He will be attended to appropriately. Patience.....

Usa and others that dont belong also believe Putin a war criminal. Biden while USA doesnt acknowledge ICC authority, that he said the actions make a good valid point about Russias atrocities. Its not like those that dont take part in ICC DISAGREE with them or their findings.
